80% raw duck with lamb food
Once defrosted it was green and made my dog throw up. Replaced with food from the same batch, same colour, same result except I refused the replacement offer until they had collected and tested it. Many email conversations with customer services and many false statements made by their customer services, including the raw meat doesn't have any blood in it! and the courier who delivered the food to us would not deliver back to them! so unfortunately they were unable to test it!

I’ve been using bella and duke for over a year now and I’ve always been impressed with the food and the first class customer service.
Unfortunately, some of the food packaging has been damaged on my last three deliveries. This has meant I’ve had to throw away some food that was not airtight.
When I’ve contacted B&D about this they’ve been great, but it’s still an inconvenience that I could do without.
This has made me rethink my monthly subscription.

Can’t fault contents, packaging and on time delivery! Sunnie can’t get enough of it so works for me.

Our new rescue dog Frodo loves this, his skin is clearing up his poops now solid and he is much happier and healthy

Put my Frenchie on Bella & Duke because he's suffering with allergies and I can honestly say after being on it for a month he's improving greatly. Buster loves the food and there's always a clean bowl and a very satisfied dog.

Delivered to the door. Food is a good mix, the varieties are plentiful, all three of my dogs absolutely love it. I like that there is an option to hold off and delay monthly boxes if you have a surplus. I also like the fact the packaging is recyclable

My dogs love this food!! Their coat has become super soft and shiny, their poos are tiny and solid because their bodies are absorbing most of the food, they no longer fart all the time. I only wish Id discovered Bella and Duke sooner!

Our dogs not only love the food but we are given a time slot as to when the delivery will arrive and when it does it is well packaged. It is very easy to move your delivery dates and the change the flavours of the food, being as our dogs aren't eating as much as it was recommended and didn't like the fish choices.

My dog certainly enjoys her food now and waits in excitement to be fed. Although early days she looks better has more energy and gives the impression of being much happier.
The food delivery is efficient and I am impressed

Excellent produce as my dog is a really fussy eater. They give you an early next delivery message, which you can change to suit yourself. Would definitely recommend Bella and Duke

As a breeder it is very important for the dogs to have the best food. I feel B & D food is good for my dogs it gets them into the correct condition for their daily work/play/routine.

Efficient delivery and communication. Straghtforward process for making changes prior to dispatch. My cats love this food.

Great food. My boy loves it. It agrees with his digestion/ stools.
Just trying to balance out amount/ delivery dates. Nearly there. Friendly team. Expensive but appears to give excellent results for health and vitality.

So far after two boxes it’s all very good. On contacting B &D I found them very helpful with a pleasant manor. Our dog Mr Duke is enjoying his meals every day. Thank you. Estimated date

It’s good quality food well packaged but unfortunately just found out my frenchie is allergic to most things so I have had to take vets advice and switch him to hypoallergenic dry food. Thank you he did enjoy ?
